Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur has limited delivery areas within 40km radius. If your address is not found to be within our delivery area, please Contact Us via WhatsApp at 019 390 2257 or call us at 03 2074 3900.
  • To order online, registered customers must first login by keying in member email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly Cash On Delivery and/or Credit Card.
  • The 60-minute Delivery Commitment starts from the time our Customer Service Centre e-mails you and/or verifies your order. Or, a free hot/cold beverage of your choice will be offered on your next order.
  • The last arrival time for orders for same day delivery is 9:00pm and last order time is 8:00pm.
  • Children below 18 years of age are not permitted to place online orders.
  • Minimum order for delivery is RM50.
  • Delivery charge from 0km to 5km is FREE.
  • Delivery charge from 5km to 10km is RM 22.
  • Delivery charge from 10km to 15km is RM 30.
  • Delivery charge from 15km to 20km is RM 38.
  • Delivery charge from 20km to 25km is RM 45.
  • Delivery charge from 25km to 30km is RM 52.
  • Delivery charge from 30km to 35km is RM 60.
  • Delivery charge from 35km to 40km is RM 68.
  • The maximum distance of delivery is 40km from the Hotel.
  • Kindly inform on any allergies or special dietary requirements.
  • Not valid with any membership, credit card and promotional programme’s benefits and discounts.
  • Prices are inclusive of 6% government tax.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed for same day delivery order.
  • Any amendment or cancellation of order must be notified at least one (01) hour prior to the scheduled delivery time at your discretion. Please call +019 390 2257 to find out if your order is eligible for amendment/cancellation, 100% of your total order amount will be charged if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes by one (01) hour before your scheduled delivery time.
  • Should there any ordered item(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives or allow customer to opt for
    1. Accept alternative.
    2. Cancelling item(s) that is not available and refund partially.
    3. Cancelling the order and full refund at no cost.
